I have this system on my 2010 and love the sound. The only thing I don't like is when you configure the pipes straight out the back you can't get the left (driver side) pipe to hang right. No matter what I do to adjust it it hangs lower and at an angle plus it is not positioned in the same place on the bumper in relation to the other side.

I was looking at this vs the mbrp xp series, anyone have thoughts between the differences?

This should not be the case. Did you loosely position the entire kit before tightening anything down?

Yes and I have gone back and reloosened and tried to reposition several times.

Edit: I just want to let you know that I love every thing else about this system. It puts a big smile on my face every time I start it up or hit the throttle. My wife thinks its cool that when shes out side watering her flowers she can hear me coming home from work 3 blocks away. My nieghbors probably hate it but I really don't care he he. It's just the perfectionist side of me being annoyed with that left pipe hanging odd.

There is always a little bit of room for adjustment. I would try rotating the driver's side pipe after the muffler.Rotating this pipe just an 1/8" could equate to a 2" difference in tailpipe position. Your kit will line up perfectly. Just take your time and find that sweet spot.

Our friends over at Stage 3 Motorsports created a great install video,
as well as a "how to" change your exhaust exit style video featuring this Flowmaster kit. Thanks guys!
