Default Rhino Liner rear wheel wells.

Hey all I got a price of 100$ per side to have the inside of the rear wheel wells rhino lined. Just wondering if anyone has done the same and what you paid. Price seems right to me and I think it would help to protect all the sheet metal in there from rust/rot (in my experience this is a problem area for all trucks especially my previous fords). Also my truck is white so it would look great! Any feedback is greatly aqppreciated! Thanks

Line-x was gonna charge me $75 a side, then lowered it to $55 a side because I'm law enforcement. I also did my bed, rockers and a bug guard at the same time though. Maybe check with your local Line -x and get a comparable quote. I went with line-x because it's harder. Never heard of anyone having to fix it. I have seen rhino get worn off with my own eyes...

Default Line-X

My Ford dealer had the bed and the wheel wells done before I selected the truck because it was on display in the showroom. I have heard of many guys doing it to help protect the wells. All seem to be very happy with the results.

I just did mine myself with a can of spray liner last year. I lightly sanded the area and wiped it down. If it started to chip, I just hit it again with the same can.

Definitely Line-X, Rhino just doesn't seem to hold up well. Rhino was all my company would put on our work trucks until I suggested Line-X for the newest models that we just received. The Rhino always seemed to start peeling, was too soft for what we need the beds of the trucks for, and fades rather quickly. Line-X it and then don't worry about it from there on.

Rustoleum spray bed coating. Some areas flaked a bit with the pressure washer. Maybe I sprayed too thin, but I just hit it again with the can and all looks good. It has been over a year.

My only concern with the Line-x in the wheel wells is that Line-x is grippy and not overly easy to clean. And with your tires constantly throwing up dirt and grime, your wheel wells would turn brown.

Line-X added a $50 total for wheel wells when I had the bed sprayed. $100 seems excessive.

The new line x doesn't fade and it washes off with a hose. Nothing sticks... trust me... I went line-x crazy...
