I had a similar problem with my back up LED lights. It turned out to be my relay. Since the relay is the easiest thing to replace, I'd try that first.
I probably should have tried that before I ordered new lights. But if you're not sure, try jumping the relay. If the lights turn on, then it's definitely your relay.

Looking for some advice on a problem that developed this evening.
I was walking to my truck from a store when I noticed my D2's were on. They weren't bright, probably about 50% of what they should be. I got in the truck and saw the switch was off. I turned it on and they powered up to 100% brightness. I turned the switch off and the D2's turned off, but flickered as they powered down.
Now they won't turn on at all. Wires are all still attached to the switch. Fuses is okay. New relay? New wiring harness?

I just wired these in today and had to grab the 1/4" female connectors from Autozone. I wired them directly to the battery and now I'm a bit concerned, the LED switch is on all the time and I'm starting to wonder if I need to tap it into the accessories power.
As for the OTRATTW switch, you can do it with the three. Put the red with the black tag at the top, the double line (ground) in he middle and the red solo on the bottom.
