Final pictures of AS 2.5" front/AS 3" rear block with 305/55/20 Cooper Zeons
I installed the lift/block last Thursday. Took my time and it took 2.5 hours with air tools and the lift. The kits are fairly easy to install. Hardest part is squeezing the lower part of the strut assembly with the level block install into the lower control arm. Couldn't get it in for tires until Monday and took it Tuesday elsewhere for alignment. I'm picky about who aligns my stuff...
Anyhow, here's some not so great phone shots of it and last one showing the kit installed with stock tires. Lots of compliments from strangers along with the guy who aligned my truck who has a 2010 Lariat. He's looking to do the same now.

Let us know how the ride is and changes in MPG when you get some miles on it please. I've been considering this set-up for my truck in a few years. Gonna wait until my stock Pirellis die first

looking good! -- what air pressure you running?
i tried 50 psi- and that worked for the front, but my rear end felt jumpy, so i had to drop it back to 48 in the front and 45 in the rear -- then i got my near stock ride back.
i'm sure yours is the same, but the pics don't do it justice, the truck and tires are bigger than they look!
the other day i pulled up to a truck just like mine with my old set up and its crazy what the level/blocks/tires do to change the vehicles looks.
i'm now going to spray my rear fender wells black -- and then i'm done for a while. I have considered getting the tow mirrors - but not now -- need to build up the cash.

Looks great Nutty.
I installed the same setup two weeks ago and my ride is bad. I was advised to get my pinion angles checked and I was 3 degrees out. I had some issues prior to the lift though. I just ordered some shims and Bilsteins and I'm hoping things will get better. I have 305/65/18's BFG's and run them at 41 lbs.

I run my Coopers at the stock air pressure that Ford recommends 35 psi. Just because the tire says it will hold 50 psi doesn't mean you should. Try lowering the air pressure and it should ride better. Remember you going from a all season radial to an AT tire with bigger tread pattern. Your ride is going to change.
How do you like your Coopers? I like the look but they are not very good in snow/ice conditions.

Ok, I've had a few days to give some opinions after 100 miles on the truck. The tires are a bit louder, but not bad; reminds me of my BFG AT/KO's I used to have on my 02 F150. The ride is more truck like but I do prefer that. Traction is much improved from the little I could tell on grass hill compared to the Pirelli's.
Mileage is still hard to say as I'm not really doing any driving that's typical. I'd have to guess that it will go down some and I'm ok with that. I have an XCAL3 but hadn't adjusted the tune for the tires as I was waiting for traction control to come on during a turn. Sure enough, taking a right on one particular road that goes down driving normal caused the dash to show the traction control had come on, but I didn't feel it or hear it; just saw it.
So yesterday afternoon I adjusted the tune for the tire size. Note that at least my XCAL3 doesn't have an adjustment for tire height. It only offers revs per mile. I can adjust for gear changes but it would have been too much. After much searching I plugged in the 646 rev per mile value and haven't had a chance to get to the same road again to see if it corrects it or not nor have I had the traction control come on again.
I will update on mileage when I can get an accurate number (And some actual miles!) and update on the traction control and adjusting with the Xcal...
