Default Mike at 5 Star Tuning Wow what a difference!

I got my custom 87 performance tune from Mike at 5 Star all I can say is Wow! What a difference it made too bad these trucks don't leave the factory this way. Mike was really nice ansewerd all my questions within minutes I never had to wait for a response and the Tune was ready in an hour. I don't think there is another company out there that this can said for. Don't hesitate to to get your custom tunes from 5 Star!!!

All I hear is good things about them. Do they provide the tuner? Or which model tuner do you need to benefit from their tunes? Do they ship the tuner programmed or do I have to bring the truck to them?

You can buy the programmer from them with the tune you want or if you alreay have a programmer he can e-mail your tune to you and you load it yourself.

How much is each email tune? Did you only get one tune or did you do the 3?

Will they custom tune the Edge tuners? Or only SCT products?

If you have to have anything done to you truck that would involve the management sytem, the service department may have some issues with an after market tune.

I have heard it is pretty easy to return them to stock and remove the programmer. Also heard you have to do this to avoid ruining the programmer if they flash the PCM...
