So after numerous google searches and post's read, and no help from Tech Hotline. You can install factory keyless entry and program it, you will
need an IDS, or firend at a dealer to program it. For those of you with remote keyless entry and no door pad your BCM as built for block 15 looks like this : BCM 726-15-01 0000 0101 45. For those with keypads the block is this BCM 726-15-01 0001 0101 46. That is all that needs to be changed. It is the same on super duty's as well. Should work on 11 and 12's. Enjoy!

I should have been a service manager at a dealership, cause the ones near me are total fricken Morons, there either dumb & lazy, or too stupid to run their own equipment! I mean can it really be that hard to get a keyless keypad working!!!

It seems that the current crop of "techs" (sorry, in the America I grew up in they were known as mechanics) don't know anything about repairing vehicles except to follow the procedures they were taught. If the vehicle does A you check B to repair problem C. If the stated repair procedure does not work they have no clue what to do. My brothers 2011 F350 took them a week to fix the blower motor due to a bad wire pin. I guess they could not trace the power wire to see where it stopped. Not in the manual. I am sure there are still good techs out there, just none at my local dealers and maybe not at yours either.

I mean really, its like no one at the dealers nowadays care, or are they good at the job they do! no offense to any mechanics on the site, but if I worked at a dealership and couldn't fix or repair anything anyway other then how stated by the co. I'm employed by, its likie how do 1/2 these guys stay employed!!! Guess they just need bodies to fill timecards.... Sorry but I had to vent...

Well, once we finally punched in the right numbers, it worked flawlessly! Thanks EcoboostXLT!
For those who struggle with reading as I apparently do... There are two digits that needed to be changed. Not just the 5->6 at the end.
BCM 726-15-01 0000 0101 45 (no keypad)
BCM 726-15-01 0001 0101 46 (with keypad)
If you try to enter 0000 0101 46, you'll go crazy when IDS rejects your repeated attempts.
