It's a native format that's built into Windows. It's the Microsoft XML Paper Specification format. There is a free viewer for Mac's as well. I checked with 02reaper and he was fine with me posting a link to it. This link is on DropBox which is probably a little better location to download from.

Just click the link to download. No spyware or malware attached.
I used MS PowerPoint because at this point there are so many viewers and it would be easy to edit to put in your own info when you went to bring it to the dealer. Yes, I authored the presentation with input and screen shots from Reaper02.

Thanks guys
I took my truck in for some service this week. Had the dreaded shudder show up. Had them look at that and turned out to be some carbon arcing.
But since I was taking it in I figured I would get the keyless entry new handle and brake controller installed and ready for a reprograming.
Well after the dealership reprogrammed the brake controller they called and said that doing the keyless was not possible and that they verified with the Ford tech also.
I promptly printed off the powerpoint and gave that to them and they said they would at least look at it. About an hour later they called and said that it took a bit but they were able to do it.
All in all more than it should of been but it all finally works.
Thank you all for your input and knowledge.
Todd

I'm glad that your dealer was able to assist with this, Todd. If you have any questions or would like your feedback documented, please don't hesitate to reach out to me privately, with any details as well as your full name and best daytime contact number. I'll be here to help.

Have a great day!

Brittany

I would have to say that Todd assisted the dealership. Maybe Todd deserves a thank you from the dealer showing them how to program a keypad.
