Default Factory electric cooling fans

I have a 2010 F150 with factory electric cooling fans. I just recently installed a 5 Star X4 tuner and can now monitor my coolant temperature. After going through an automatic car wash last night, I noticed my coolant temperature would get to 215* and then both fans would kick on and cool it to 195* and both would stop. I may be worrying about nothing, but is this how these fans are suppose to work? Is this the normal operating range? This is while sitting in a 40* parking lot....temperature stays about 195* while driving. Thanks.

I have a scan gauge on my 13 and my fan kicks on above 209 and cools it about down to about 198
