Depends on the backspace/offset of the rims. I'm on a 6 inch lift with 35s on 20th with -18 offset and get some rubbing at full lock

I'm running 35/12.5/17 with 2.5 level and -14 offset no rub at all lock to lock

They'll fit but you may have a chance of rubbing the upper control arm when making a full crank of the steering. This is due to the +44 offset of the stock 20's. A 295x60x20 which is a little narrower will probably be a better fit. A lot depends on the tire...an AT would have a better chance of clearing then a MT tire would due to the design of the sidewalls.
