Can you measure your fenders from the ground to center point for all 4 wheels?
Yeah so on level ground I was 40 2/16" up front and 41 5/16" in rear. I tried to get straight and dead center and as accurate as I could on the fender with measuring tape.

Also just a side note the slight rake while lifted stance looks perfect IMHO now. It was growing on me and I wasn't sure if I liked the rake or exactly level but love the way it sits now. Looks awesome in the parking lot next to a stock f150 haha

Thanks XLTinSD just confused how you're not as tall as a 4wd with same lift and all.

I have been talking to stage 3 Motorsports daily and as I have a 2wd as well, we are thinking some other suspension parts are different. It sucks to find out that even though we have the same lift, we won't be as tall.

There are no stock blocks on the 2wd so that would be one difference because 4wd has 1.25" blocks I believe stock? And I think from the factory the 4wd sits higher up front already also. Theres definitely a difference tho because the height adjustment on these for a 4wd to get 3" of lift and for a 2wd to get 3" of lift were significantly different.

Possibly the spring load and weight differences is what could come into play. Not really sure though would need to see them side by side.

Stock I was 35.75" up front and 37.5" rear. So the math actually works out just about right. 3" of front lift and my new tires added 1.5" theoretically should have me at 40.25" and 2" lift in the rear with another 1.5" from the new tires should put me theoretically at 41". Were there final height measurements of any 4wds with the same lift?

Alex: 2 questions.
1) can you post a pic of the cv joints on a truck with 2.5"-3" of lift
2) how would the stiffness/ride of your coilover with 2.5" of lift compare to my current setup which is bilstein 5100s set at no preload/lift, a 2.5" autospring spacer, and stock springs.

Thanks

steelers1, I don't have the F150Lifts.com test truck here to take pics of it, sorry. I think XLTinSD (2wd) posted pics of his install and Fieldoc (4wd) posted pics of his install as well. We really don't describe the ride of our Adjustable Coilover as stiffness. We can say the ride is a "Sturdier" factory like ride. As I have never ridden in your truck with your setup...so not really sure how I can accurately compare the difference? I can guess that Ours with the 700 lb Eibach spring we use, our truck would feel a little "Sturdier" than your truck with the stock spring.

Got my coil overs installed today on my 2011 Platinum. Only took me 4.5 hours. Not too bad for a non mechanic with limited tools. I'll take a picture tomorrow. It got late quick. Now I need to figure out how to adjust headlights.

Thanks for the help today Alex! Great customer service.

Headlights are easy, open hood, look on top of headlight bucket and you will see a white gear thing. A big fat screwdriver and adjust.
