Default F150 LED's review

So..here's my opinion/review of F150 LED's...I spent a lot of money with this guys, my mistake for doing business with a totally online seller, no phone number for technical support, just an email address, the bulbs seem ok quality, I'm sure they are they same as others since I doubt he's manufacturing anything,a little expensive, but I felt I'd be supporting a young entrepreneur , I've been having issues with one of my headlights,
So one of my headlights works, I drive a bit, check and drivers side not working, I need to disassemble and pull plug apart and plug back in, it works for awhile and then does the same thing, I've emailed this guy twice to no response, I hope he reads this, maybe he'll contact me then, as for now I'm stuck with a product that's not working

straight up, a young entrepreneur id hope would do more than market Chinese parts with his name on them.

no phone number means no guarantee of prompt customer service (not that one is a guarantee, it does help ease one's doubts, and people do usually answer phones, there isn't even a guarantee that an email was delivered)

you and I both can go into the imported headlight market tomorrow and sell the same product. I've seen a few companies who exist solely through marketing crap they bring from china, many of which come with tons of problems out of the box due to the company having zero control over manufacturing or quality. they pay close to nothing and have gross markup. it's very easy for a guy working from his garage to start selling imported Chinese stuff.

anyway, I hope he bucks up and helps you.

I made that mistake with Opt7. They don't have a number either. Their support is absolutely atrocious.

Good luck getting it resolved!

I have been dealing with OPT7 for a month for a replacement. They are horrible and I did not know they didn't have a phone number before ordering. I feel your pain lol.

Go look on Amazon.

I'm all about supporting local vendors but these LED vendors are popping up selling questionable products at crazy mark up! I know most if not all will originate from overseas but you can get this stuff for much cheaper than what these guys are selling for and you have more confidence that if an issue occurs you can get a refund or warranty quicker.

Not knocking these guys but do your research is all I'm saying.

look on alibaba.com and see all the Chinese factories trying to find overseas buyers to sell their stuff. I might open an even more Chinese walmart selling that crap! who cares if the soap is made out of ground up cat bones and used motor oil? it's lubricating, natural and the scrubbing power is just an added bonus.

Very timely review and info. Was ready to do these mods but now I'll stay clear and take my chances with Amazon. No vendor is perfect all the time but I've always had success with their customer service. Thanks

I always prefer Amazon because Amazon is absolutely the best customer service you will ever get. Amazon ALWAYS takes care of their client as far as I have witnessed.
