I wont even buy a ATV without a full tank of gas, let alone a truck. And I ALWAYS ask for a free T-shirt before I leave! That usually works on the ATV/SxS deals. I bought a 14 screw Lariat 4x4 couple weeks ago and nobody gave me no stinkin flashlight!

We always are given dealer mugs. I think we have/ had like 14 mugs from them.

It's about feeling good when you walk away. No reason in the world by the dealer can't or shouldn't give you a cup of coffee and tank of gas. If they make you feel good about your purchase you just may return to that dealer. I probably won't be going back.

I completed a couple of surveys that FORD emailed to me a couple weeks after I got my truck on 9/2/14. One was for the quality of service I got from my dealership. I forget what the other was for. Still no flashlight.

OMG, I'm on all these car and truck sites, getting emails for promotions in regards to the 2015 F150. I can't remember if it was a Road & Track, Truck in Magazine or the official Ford website?!-Sorry

No flashlight, but I've bought 6 new vehicles since 95. They all had full tanks.
