Default Oil Leak

I'm a little new to the F-150 scene, but I’m trying to locate an oil leak on my 2012 FX4 with 3.5 Ecoboost. I’ve got the front skid plate off and it appears oil is coming from 2 locations. The first is a black funnel looking part. It appears to be a drip pan directly below the oil filter. The second is near the front axle. It looks like the axle is touching and the previous owner might have made a modification of some sort. It looks like there has been some grinding to make the bolt head clear. This front has a bit of a lift but I don’t see why that would cause this issue. I have discovered the passenger side upper control arm bushings are shot so I’ll be replacing it but I don’t think that would have any relation to this issue. I'm working on adding some pics and a video.
