i got a 2012 super crew cab my truck started making a humming noise like its a wheel bearing (it all started after a week of below zero weather} i took it to local shop they said it all looked good everything was tight {they thought it was tire sound, but i know its not} when driving down hiway and come to a curve it sounds louder than when im going straight i can feel a little vibration in steering wheel at times it does make same sound in 2 wheel and 4 just wondering could it be front differential? i did drain fluid all looks good just stumped cant figure it out

Yes it could be a bearing in the diff if it is not a wheel bearing. I've had that happen on a Jeep I owned once.

swap the tires around and see if the sound changes or goes away. I understand you are confident it's not. But it can't hurt just to rule it out completely

I've put my Jeep on 4 jack stands before. Got a "stethoscope" type device, cranked the Jeep, put it in gear, being really careful crawling around underneath not to get close to a spinning tire, and probed different areas of the axles, etc, to pin point a noise.
