My 2013 F150 STX didn't come with the rear facing mirror blinkers. Assuming I can find the two wires in the doors wiring harness, I should just be able to install and connect, right? I have read conflicting reports if this can be done or not... Anyone know for sure?

This is what my mirror looks like and I want to add the blinker:

I'm not 100% sure on the 13's. But up till '12, yes.

I wouldn't think Ford changes anything like this from 2012 to 2013. Good luck

Agreed. I just haven't read much about people doing it on '13's. Didn't want to talk out of my ace, haha!

were you able to add those narrow blinkers to your 2013? was the wiring already there to plug into?

Yeah, I was able to get them installed. They don't just plug into the wiring harness.. You have to locate the factory harness in the door and then use a volt meter to determine which one is the blinker. I just tapped into it and then to the ground wire.

I'll post some pics when I get home tonight.
