No tune on my 11 5.0 with resonator delete and muffler swap. Been running this way for months now.

Why would you need a tune for a catback/muffler delete? That is absurd. If you change the exhaust upstream from the o2 sensors (meaning either your deleting cats and or running long tube headers) then yah, you need a tune. Changing your muffler does almost nothing for the truck. The computer can take care of any minuscule change it might need from the pressure change.

So what I've gathered is that I would be better off putting a x pipe in along with running true dual exhaust. I'm leaving the cats and manifolds alone, just no muffler and resinator.

I think it would sound like a big wet fart honestly. But do what makes you happy!

This is a video of no muffler or resonator.. She will be loud that's for sure, I'd leave the resonator. It will take out a lot of the harshness, but still be pretty loud. Unless that's what you want then go for it!

Yeah I don't like the cackle that it gets with the resonator removed. I'm liking the sound of removing the muffler and running dual pipes out the back, leave the resonator alone.
