Excessive wind noise
Has anyone experienced alot of wind noise on a 2009 screw 4x4? I have had it back to the dealer and they have adjusted the doors but it still seems loud. I didnt have this problem with my 2004 screw.

That's something very unusual. My truck is a '09 KR 4x4 and it's quiet on the highway with moderate headwind and library like with a tailwind. The last trip up to Canada, the strong headwind was noticeable but it was an unusually strong wind.

Do you have a hood deflector? I had one installed (factory Ford) and there is a very noticable increase in noise now.

hmm
if i were you i would look under the dash and see if the rubber plug in the firewall is missing. if its not than take it back to ford and tell them dont call you until its fixed . my truck is very quiet
