I'm sitting at the dealership now. Just took it to the back... Started giving me some bs about yea well when we flashed the ECU blah blah blah... "Look Ray, I'm not gonna argue with you. Something is wrong with the truck. It's either fuel pump or spark plugs. This is not a normal sound, so please stop telling me it is."

On another note, every single person working at this dealership is 30-90 lbs overweight lol... Would it kill you people to mix in a couple salads?

They are looking for the easy way out on what warranty will pay. Unfortunately the way it works and warranty does not pay that technician much if anything at all for diag time. I wish Ford and other manufacturers had a "just make it right" warranty claim that they could pay the tech to spend a few extra hours to make it right, but unfortunately every dealer from here to tin buck two would take advantage of it. Keep us posted.

Lol... Timbuktu? Yea, I know what you're saying... This is just insane. Now I got a Nissan Frontier and they tried to make me leave... I said I'm not leaving until you come back and tell me what the code is... That way I at least know SOMETHING was done...

I never had to actually spell it before. I just started typing what I thought it was auto correct popped that up.

Just re-watched all videos. I have no idea what that is.

If a Spark Plug was lose, the noise would be present 100% of the time. Every cycle it would knock, and not intermittently. I dunno.

Hey I checked and there is a Ford dealer off I-270 when you get there. It is Germain Ford 7250 Sawmill Rd Columbus, OH 43235‎
7250 Sawmill RdUSOHColumbus43235
(614) 889-7777germainford.com

Man, sorry to read you are having so many problems. See of you can get out of it, trade up or something. I have seen guys on here trading in their truck in a year or so. How they are doing it, I don't know, but it is worth a try to see if you can get out of it. Do y'all have lemon laws there in your state? We had bought our Mom an Escape and she had so many problems out of it, Ford took it back and gave her another one.

Now they're saying they are going to contact me by the end of today lol... Too funny. ComQuest they trade up by having deep pockets. I don't have deep pockets.
