Anything beyond the cat is moot without a tune. If you go with a TB setup, you will need a tune or risk damaging the engine. Not recommended to go with a OTS map if replacing the DP. You will need to constantly monitor the AFR and EGT's especially when towing. Basically a cat back exhaust without a tune is nothing more than added noise. The restrictions are mostly in the DP.

Thats not bad at all. I agree, shipping is what kills. I had my bilstein 5100's sent from 4wheelparts in Burlington and it didnt cost much at all, which was very nice.

From what searching Ive done it seems like the 4" exhaust kits get the best performance. A buddy of mine has the heart throb 4" with a stage 2 afe intake. His truck is noticably quicker than mine.

From what I have read and seen on TV the EBs exhaust is the same as te 5.0s and they say it's very restricted for the EB.
