Default Anyone have this 8" lift kit?

This Stage 3 lift kit is listed as an 8" kit with a Zone base 6". The thing I think is weird is that they take away the Zone struts that come with the kit, then add in Pro Comp spacers and F150lifts coilovers cranked up to get the 8". I would appreciate your thoughts or experience here. Link below.

Stage3Motorsports is running that kit on their company truck right now.
You're right. They are using the F150Lifts.com BOSS coilovers to gain another 2" over the Zone setup to achieve 8" of effective lift.

Zone has been commented on a lot on this site. It is owned by BDS if memory serves.
I have never seen anything but positive on the Zone kits. Same for those coils from F150 lifts. Vendor has been rock solid and is a contributor to these forums.

What wheels and tires are you trying to clear? Are you wanting to run 37s?

Wheel and Tire Fitment for the kit you listed:

Wheel Size: 18x9"
Backspacing: 5"
Max Tire Size: 37x12.50"

Wheel Size: 18x9"
Backspacing: 5" to 5.5"
Max Tire Size: 35x12.50"

Wheel Size: 20x9"
Backspacing: 5" to 5.5"
Max Tire Size: 37x12.50"

Running the 6 inch zone, make sure they put a lock nut on the front diff drop bracket, the wing but type ford uses is one time only, found out the hard way when we retorqued it after 500 miles. Zone stood behind it though no out of pocket cost just down time

Overall I'm happy with the lift and the shop that installed it, the support from both after the sale is what true customer service is all about

Zone makes a great kit, that I do know. I'm questioning the fact that stage 3 has taken a zone kit designed to be used with their struts, and then added pro comp spacers and boss coils and whether this is a good idea or not. Just wondering if anyone other than stage 3 has used this kit and can comment on ride quality, issues, etc.
I just want to run 35"s but I prefer the look of 8"s of lift.

I can help answer any of the questions you guys have or supply pics if needed. We run this on our 12 ecoboost FX4. If anyone is local Id be happy to have them come over and ill give them a ride in the truck.

Thanks I wish I could. I'm in Florida though. Any issues, recommendations, or concerns I should be aware of while running the same setup?

The only concern we have is aftermarket upper arms. We tried to install the Pro comp upper arms with our kit and they will not work. Stay with me here...

Because we used the spacers on top of the coil overs the coil over hat sits lower than it would without the spacers. Now the hat of the coil over is in the way of some upper control arms. So we are running stock upper arms.

Hope that makes some sense.
