Default EB Exhaust....sound is whack!

I am just wondering how Infiniti could make such a good exhaust for there FX model but our EB's sound like crap even with AM products out there. Even my Nissan Altima SE-R sounded nice. Another car that sounds nice stock is the 335

Just Saying...kinda sucks we have to spend additional money to buy AM exhausts.

They are also tuned sport exhausts. I agree the sound could be better but for a truck they have it where it needs to be stock. I don't know of any trucks that sounds amazing stock. if anything I wish we had the growl the turbo diesel puts out.

Agreed, I think the Ecoboost exhaust is lame to say the least, I haven't even heard a decent aftermarket sound. So many four and six cylinder small displacement engines out there that sound great! Disapointed!

A turbo muffling each bank of 3 cylinders limits the possibilities. I don't mind the sound of my Heart Throb 4" at all.

+1. Turbos are mufflers.

The ONLY V6 that ever sounded good was the grand national... Nothing beats a v8.... Not v10 or 12

I love the V8....but a V12 is the hands down winner. V10's sound like UPS trucks.

Oh yeah a 12 puts em all to shame. Well accept maybe a rotary engine. But i dont mind the ecoboost exhaust note, cant wait to do mine, im kinda tired of v8s.

because our 3.5L has a turbo which will all on its own, dampen the exhaust note and emit a whistle sound.
