Goodness guys, this isn't difficult. Willie doesn't own Skyjacker.
OP, they probably didn't say that he owned Skyjacker, they probably said he owns a Skyjacker (lift)...the same one you do.
Willie is a spokesperson. Of course Skyjacker will be talking about him, he's their most famous guy.

I imagine they drive whatever pays them the most endorsment money. In season one Willie drove that Tundra most of the time... In one of the first episodes of season two that Tundra had been de badged... nothing on it said Toyota or Tundra... Must have got a new contract with a different company and didnt have the truck yet.
I like the show... one of my favorites but it cracks me up how they "place" items in the set for endorsments. In almost every scene if you look in the back ground you will see a stratigically placed Yeti cooler or other odd item that seems out a little of place.
