Default Looking to change the truck up a little.

I am looking to spruce my truck up just a little bit. I have almost 7000 miles on my truck and I am already tired of the Pirelli tires on this thing.

I tow my off road rig with this truck so I am not looking to do anything serious like 35" tires or a 6" lift. I was actually looking at putting a set of 305/55-20 bfg ats on the truck. I have the black appearance package 20s and was wondering if those tires would clear my upper control arm.

If I have to do a level I really do not want to do more than a 1.5" to keep some rake for hauling or towing.

Anyone that has a similar set up please feel free to chime in. Especially anyone that has any pictures.

you will have to level to fit that tire. Check out Paw Paw's truck. he is a member here and he runs that size tire.

I have 3" Pro Comp Leveling kit 2.5" rear aluminum block, firestone rear air bags for towing. I still have a bit of rake

Im running BFG Rugged Terrians T/A 275/65/20=34.1"
Love these tires!!!!!!!!!!!
If i could get them bigger Id have them in 35" or 36"......but they clean very well handle great, ride great, look great aggressively but for my summer camping tires Im going BFG's KM2's 35"

here is 3" & 34.1"

Get yourself a 2" level and since your going to be towing, consider getting some air bags for the rear. I have a 2" level sitting in the center console waiting to be installed. Its a 2" Hell Bent that I think I spent like $75 for. It only measures an 1" thick.

Also,

Yea, you'll have to get a front level to fit that size tire. My level is Bilstein 5100's set at 1.95" (2WD)

I have the same tire in Nitto Terra Grapplers and they do rub the UCA at full lock.

Now I'm looking to get maybe 1/4" 0r 1/2" spacers.

Well I guess I will be leveling. I can't say I am too upset about it lol. It's not like I tow my rig all the time. Just a few times a year really.
