Btw got my 2011 xlt w 33 nitto Bedliner and small extras like that for 28k w/ 38,000mi...not the best deal but I was in a bind and the dealerships in LA suck. Just for perspective purposes. There are some ok deals and also some pretty good deals in the classifieds check em out.

When buying new, are you folks going to the dealers knowing their Invoice price, then working rebates/incentives off from there? I quality for X-Plan as well. Will they deduct that from dealer invoice, or just MRSP only?
Since you qualify for x-plan, go to fordpartner.com and login with your company's ID, you can build and price there and see what the x-plan price is. Subtract the incentives from there.

Any dealer will show you the invoice and can show you the x-plan price as well.

Also, if you aren't finding what you are looking for on lots, order it from the factory like you want it - as long as the 2014 order banks are still open.

Kbexperience thanks for driving my anxiety up even more... look at them prices! Too bad all the dealers in Michigan will tell me to go pound sand and buy from Texas.

After you log in you can see dealer inventory at x-plan prices. Site takes into account some but not all rebates.

Here's a dealer in central Minnesota that has great prices as well. I have worked with them and you can get it even lower that the price they list.

Buy it in Texas! The amount of money you'll save will more than pay for a plane ticket and gas. Or buy it over the phone and have them ship it to ya!

Start asking around and kissing butt to find someone who will give you the employee discount price.

Otherwise, wait it out. Factory incentives plus the dealer discount can take it to $10,000 but you gotta catch the sales when they're happening.

In my neck of the woods any Ram crewcab is $10,000 off on Bighorn/Lone Star and above models. Anything SLT and below is not heavily discounted, so whatever discounts you encounter may be model specific as someone else chimed in.

Look for a leftover 13 if you can find any. When I purchased at the end of February one lot had about a dozen.
