Drivers side power door lock issue..
Hello,
I have a 2010 screw. I recently noticed that when i press the lock button on the remote, the drivers side does not lock or unlock. Everything else works as it should.
Now, i have removed passenger and drivers side door panels in order to check voltage to the power door lock actuators on both sides. Drivers side was showing 12.86 volts, the lead that unlocks the door was showing 8.12. So that told me right there that i was getting power all the way up to the door latch itself. I verified on the passenger side with the same voltage. So they are both getting the same amount of power to lock and unlock.
I bought a new latch, replaced it and still nothing. I have no idea whats wrong. If anyone could help, that would be awesome.
Also, i can take pictures if needed...

So far i have done the following;
Checked the 20a fuse for the modules... Its fine.
Checked voltage on both sides... They are close to being the same.
Connected the old latch to the other side and it worked, (so it was not the latch/ actuator).
Up next, ill re-check the voltage (ill use the remote to lock/unlock the doors to verify that its getting a signal, ive already done this but ill do it again)on each side, try to locate the module for the lock/unlock mechanism. If that doesnt help me, ill take the wire harness off the door and remove black tape to inspect the wiring... If that fails, im going to shoot it.

I removed the entire wire harness for the drivers side door, did a continuity test on the wire fore the door lock. Its fine. So i can rule out anything in the door panel.... Its somewhere else.

Going back, to what you have found/tried: Since the manual lock buttons seem to work normally, it would seem that the RF signal from the remote isn't doing it's thing for the left door. ?? If that's indeed the case, that would put the problem out of the door itself.
