Default Dog got in trouble

So guys, before you start laughing (I have to laugh myself to prevent myself from crying, lol). I woke up yesterday with my dog who is obsessed with cats who located a cat hanging out on top of my rear differential. I guess my dog really wanted to get to this cat so bad that he decided to pull and shred wires under my truck to get to the cat. I had ABS lines, speed sensor line (I think) on the ground.

Anyway, I realize I need a new ABS line for the right rear line. With labor day the parts counter is closed and no aftermarket auto parts store carries the part. It's about $66 through the dealer, not bad.

Here is the question, on top left hand side of the rear diff there is a green plug. This plug goes to some wires that runs up what appears to be the main truck. Do we know what this is for? This needs to be replaced too, but can't order it because I don't know what it is. Truck drives fine and getting trans temp, speed gauge, but don't know what this would be for?

I have my traction control light lit, ABS light lit, brake light lit on my truck. Also, getting a warning on the LCD display on the dash that says "Check brake system", "Service Advance Trac".

Guys, I'm really needing some help, my baby is hurt and I need help fixing it.

To make matters worse, now don't laugh, okay you can, but listen....So, I had my truck in my garage trying to assess the damage and had my tailgate down and my truck camper shell open. Well, time to pull out and left the rear camper shell window open and it snagged on my garage door....shattered it. UGH, Seriously?!?!? Yesterday was not my day AT ALL. So, now I don't know what to do with that. I need a new rear door to the camper shell so any help with this would be appreciated!

Thanks to all for your help.

My dog puked in the driver's seat. Ever try cleaning dog puke out of the little perforations in the heated/cooled seat?

Pics, ya, don't have too many of the truck, but grabbed a couple for your enjoyment of the camper shell if I can figure out how to upload them.

So I guess I'll change the ABS line and see if the errors go away. If they don't then a trip to the dealer to have them reset the codes to see if they come back? Wonder how much this will cost me!
