Default 2012 F150, no Sony system - talk to me about headunit options

I have a 2012 truck without navigation that has the Sync and standard radio. What are my options in terms of aftermarket and what would it look like to do some kind of swap like this? I know it will look different, but functionality wise would it disable Bluetooth, Sirius, etc.?

Also, if you have pics, please post so I can see what it would look like

Your options consist of almost every single modern aftermarket radio on the market. If you replace your radio, it will remove all radio functions....and then replace them with whatever the aftermarket radio offers. So, you buy what features you want. When I shop, I go to Crutchfield, they have a great system showing you what you can do and what extras you need to be able to install it. Plus, good descriptions and reviews of all the products.

I put a Kenwood in my 2011 with the iData Link Maestro module. It retains all factory functions including sync, HVAC controls (if applicable), and steering wheel controls. Plus it will read a bunch of vehicle info and view diagnostic codes.
