You will need load resistors... No other way around the hyper flash... Do a search on here... Lots of info to read through

I think you'll like 1 Pair of T25 3157 Car Light Flashing Error Cancel Load Resistor LED Decoders Black. Add it to your wishlist!

if you look at the socket in the pic is shows one big long prong and 1 short. thats what mine looked like and you needed to trim them to fit i guess.

Default LED blinker light help

I swore I wouldn't buy anything led for the outside of my truck again after I purchased Dorman led directionals. They sucked...couldn't see them blinking.
Then I saw Sylvania led directionals and couldn't resist. I just had to try them. I bought Sylvania's for my reverse lights and they work great. So Sylvania had my confidence again in led's.
So they were nice and bright and actually blinked. Only problem was they hyper flashed like yours are doing.
So I first purchased load resistors that you have to splice in (first pic). Never a been a big fan of altering factory wiring.
Then I decided to buy the plug and play version. After finding a suitable place that they wouldn't melt my whole truck...(is it really necessary that they get blistering hot), I put it all back together and now they blink perfectly.
Everything is yellow in front now. Only reason I replaced the directionals in the first place.

I got the plug and play LED decoder off of amazon and it works GREAT zero hyper flash with it!

However the decoder doesn't fit into the blinker slot. I don't mind cutting the wire harness and putting the decoder in between the cuts.

The only issue that I can see is knowing the wiring diagram and how to attach the ones I have now any help...

Default LED blinker light help

I actually ended up removing the plug-n-play resistors from my front directionals.
I had one act up and found one of the wires broke off inside the new bulb socket.
As much as I liked the color, I never was comfortable with having such a product that gets scorching hot under my hood attached to my electrical.
I tore everything out, bought yellow Putco halogen bulbs and they ended up being brighter and have a hue that matches the fogs perfectly.
I'm much more at ease with being back to factory.
