Default Custom subwoofer center console

I have been working on this for the last couple months. I excited that it is finally done. I did end up with the first one still sitting in my garage unfinished. I started the second one after I realized I wanted cup holders for the back seat.

Here are some more pics. I used epoxy and bondo to fill in the kerf cuts on the lid, filled the screw holes with bondo, primered the entire box and sprayed it with plastidip (still not certain I will stick with the plastidip).

And the install! Had the lid upholstered and added usb and 12v outlets. I'm happy with the sound and the fact that I have something to lean on again. However, the plastidip didn't turn out quite as nice as I wanted. I'm contemplating having the whole thing upholstered or painted.

Man that is nice!!!
I would have it covered to match the seats with a nice cushy top for my arm.

Thanks, yeah the lid has foam under the leather. It's only 1/4", but it makes for a soft armrest.
