Default Custom Adjustable Height Bilstein 5100 Coil Overs

A friend of mine that developed a very popular lift system for another "brand" of truck (not Ford) is developing me a set of 5100 Bilsteins with an Ajustable coil over. 5100's were ordered today, they should be built by next week. They will have 0-3" of lift without changing the geometry of the stock suspension. Yes he says he just might be marketing this new set-up! Can't wait! Wait, I don't even have my truck yet? Monday truck is supposed to arrive.

Sweet be sure to post up some picks! Any idea if your friend will be offering different lengths such as a 6" extended coilovers with the option to add 1-2" without an awful ride.

Let me know if your buddy needs another local truck to demo his coilovers on. I ordered mine last Saturday. I'm hoping it'll be in by mid June.

How do you gain up to 3" of lift without changing any geometry of stock suspension?

Not really sure, I'm no scientist. Maybe the geometry is changed, not really sure? What I do know is this system has been put on hundreds of trucks and there is no clunking or groaning as has been reported with the spacer lifts. He has wanted to build a Ford application for a long time now, and when I told him I just ordered an F150, he said lets build it. Plenty of pics. Springs can be powder coated any color you want.

Shocks were ordered yesterday (Friday 27th), my truck should be at the dealer on Monday. I suspect shocks will be here this coming week also.

Clunking of groaning sounds with spacer kits? Not sure where you have read that. Most with kits (me included) state maintains factory ride. Even with your friends concept here it is impossible to lift and not change geometry. Angles will still change
