Custom 5.0 Stainless Turbo headers interests
Forgive me I posted this in the wrong section, I wasn't sure where to post it.
A small introduction about me, I own a custom fabrication shop in Stuart FL. I specialize in fabrication and I do full race car builds/ street car builds or basically whatever my customers want.
I'm currently working on a 2014 F150 4x4 we put a 5.0 Alumintaor Ford racing motor and I'm building custom headers for a custom TwinTurbo set up.
I am posting this with a statement of permission from LENN to guage interest to make some more custom 5.0 turbo headers.
Headers are hand made with Stainless 304, 1.75" Primary's, 1/2" Thick CNC machined flanges, 2.5" Stainless V band Collectors. Price would be $1800

Interesting. Do you do ceramic coating or wraps? Or do you just leave the headers clean pre-turbo? I know there have been a couple threads with a 5.0TT idea started, but they have all ceased without completion. I'm hoping to see how this thread turns out.

This is for a very good customer of mine. I figured I would throw out the idea of making a few more sets of these custom headers in case others were interested. I would love to make more of them and market them but I don't know where to start really.
But I'm a small shop, I know our work is top notch, and I never want to sacrifice quality and say "that's good enough" and Mario (the fabricator/owner) is always too busy living this stuff that he rarely goes on forums/social media.
I think we are going to wrap the up pipes only, the goal for the truck is 750hp to the tire. There's no doubt about it that this project will be completed. If anyone has Instagram you can check out more pics of our work. (GearheadFabrications)

So are you guys a full build shop or do you just do the fabrication then have somebody else do the tuning and tweaking? That 750RWH with the factory transmission or is it upgraded too?

Basically a full build shop minus tuning and engine machining. But we arrange all that. We have badass rides that we have done. (Pics on Instagram)
The transmission is fully built as well as the converter from circle d.
Most of my work comes in from out of state, currently 2 PA cars, 1 Texas truck and a conneticut car all here for twin turbo builds.
