Current MPG with 35"s and what gearing?
Im currently running 35's with a 6" lift and while I didn't buy the truck for the MPG I figured it would average better than 11 lol. Wondering what MPG anyone else with 35's is getting. I also have 3:55's and im going to re-gear in the future but not sure what I should go with. 4:10 or 4:56. Anyone running that setup and what kind of MPG are you getting? I also tow a lot during the summer but at the same time spend quite a bit of time on the highway. What do you guys think?

I have yet to reprogram it. Good to know though, but as far as a re gear I kind of want the 4:56's but the only thing making me not want them is would they be bad on the highway? Or would that make it more like a stock truck with 3:73's?

They won't be that bad. If your concerned about highway mileage avoid the larger tires. The more aggressive the tread the less mpgs also. I'm running 35 swamp boggers with a 3.73 gears and average 14.4 on the highway.

Honestly I think raising the gears will either hurt your gas millage or change nothing at all. Our trannys have very short gears to begin with... previous generations were a different story. I have 35s and I would tell you my gas millage is 15 going 70 and 18 going 55 but I have yet to reset my speedometer.
