Hey everyone, I carry a handgun in my truck, are there any moutable holsters that would fit if so any recommendations?

there's a long thread about holster options for those unwise enough to bolt their sidearm to their truck

CCW is uncomfortable, it will always be. Comptac IWB "MTAC" is the best i've ever used though

The paddle holsters from black hawk come apart. And if you find the panel you want to mount it to take it off and screw the screws in from the other side and it won't go anywhere. Had this done in my old vehicle but haven't gotten a chance to in mine yet. It worked great and never had to worry about falling out because the holster locks it in.

Being right handed and living in a state that allows open and concealed carry I think this is the best type of holster and location for me.

I did buy the left handed Blackhawk holster in order for the mount to be on the right. I had to modify the holster gun trigger latch so I had quick, unobstructed access to the gun without depressing the release latch. I then tightened the tension screw on the holster to hold the gun in snug.
