Talking Turn off Sync or just the phone part

Anybody know how to turn off the phone assistant ? I would like to shut it off so when my phone rings, the truck does not know it and when I want to make a call on my cell phone, the truck does not take over. How can I kill these features ???
Thanks

I just turn bluetooth off on my iphone 6. On lock screen just swipe up and hit the bluetooth icon. Takes 2 seconds. Never bothered trying to disable it through the truck as it's easier to do via the phone.

Delete device from sync, or turn off bluetooth on your phone. If you want to keep media streaming, remove phone from the device options on your phone.

I have a flip phone....nothing fancy. I will try to find the phone in devices on the truck sync and delete it. Guess that will work. Thanks for the info.
