Here's some research I have done. The low pressure cutoff is around 20-22 psi then when pressure rises to 38-42 psi it turn the compressor back on. Using this potentiometer just tricks the computer to thinking the pressure is high even if you are down to like 10 psi.

I want the compressor to still cycle so I never have to get back in the glove box on cool days to remove the potentiometer. I just want the cutoff to be edited so it cuts off around 15 psi and turn back on around 33-35

So have you successfully accomplished this?

I'd be carful of this, if you don't know for sure the system has a full charge you could very well burn up the compressor.

Just like Bigdog said the plug for the low pressure sensor is just behind the glove box. I used a 10kohm rheostat.

Just so everyone knows this is a mod to the system. You will be putting more pressure on the high side of the system and more work on the compressor I don't know the long term effects.

I am trying to research actually editing the control module to allow a lower suction pressure before it cuts off. but no luck so far.

This is what my switch looks like. On hot days when I want a boost in ac I just reach over and turn it on.

This is the plug you tap into. I used male molex terminals and just pushed them on top of the connectors in the harness. Just one wire on each side. I zip tied my rheostat on top just to make sure it don't bounce around in there.
