Are the headlights just factory lights with LEDs added? Or are they a complete aftermarket headlight? If factory, do you have any pics/info on how it was done?

they are factory well actually the LEDs aren't even apart of the headlight lol I put them below on the bumper I'll post some pics later, in all It only costed 25$ ish
