I am not an electric genius or junkie so help me on this....Can I convert my cigarette lighter in back of my 2014 Screw into an AC socket outlet?

I'd like to know this as well. I have a thing that I can plug into the lighter and it will power a 110 item but I have no idea what it takes to wire in your own.

Yes agreed. I don't want a bulky inverter. I see Ford puts them into stock OEM trucks.

You can but you will need to install an inverter. Either behind the socket or somewhere else in the vehicle and wire the socket up to it.
