Default Check Out This Paint Issue - Warranty?

So I have about 1400km's on my new 2014 and was hand washing it today when I got around the lower part of the front of the box I noticed a bunch of bubbles in the paint. A couple of which appear to have already burst. This section of panel is riddled with these bubbles. Nothing on the other side it looks fine.

Will Ford fix this quality control oversight? My warranty experiences have not been good the last few months. I didn't pay nearly $50k for a truck with ****ty paint.

this is the affected section

you can see the bubbles here. There are many of them.

Another shot of some bubbles.

here is two that are actually popped and it's showing the primer underneath.

They may blame it on those new ko2s you got being to awesome 👍. Seriously though that should be covered no questions asked.

Yep. This should be covered under the paint and corrosion warranty. Check your owners manual or online for specifics.

Yes. Fixed a similar issue around October. First one I've seen like that. Yours is now the second.

Whats the cause of something like this?

Improper primer adhesion or something?

Bubbles like that are typically a contaminant

Thanks for the feedback guys. Such a great place here.

hahaha, I am very happy with the tires so far. They do fling rocks though. I thought my timing chain rattling noise would be fixed no questions asked too under warranty, LOL. That didn't turn out very good.

I popped one of the paint bubbles with my thumbnail and there was moisture underneath when it scraped off.

I would bet that your truck was damaged or scratched before it was sold and that it was incorrectly repaired.

Mine was jus like that in January. Passenger side front door. Brand new Lariat. Warranty fixed it, albeit it took them a damn month to do so! Take it back to the dealer and have em fix it.
