Default 5.4L thermostat temp?

Does anyone know what the temp spec is for the thermostat on the 09-10's? I've called 2 dealers and it's not listed in their book. Only 1 is listed so I don't think the one Ford sold me is too cool, but I'm thinking it might be opening too soon.

I changed mine last spring and this past winter it seemed to run cooler and a bit rich. I'm not sure if Ford sold me a 180 by chance or not. I'm going to try the SCT data logger to see what it's running at. If I pull the thermostat to check what it says I might as well throw a new one in.

My replacement came from a NAPA dealer and they are widely available. I replaced it with a stock temp one. Mine seemed to be stuck open a bit is why i changed it.
