Can Ford add Touch screen navigation to me 11 fx4
my FX4 came loaded with everything but Navigation. Well the sync navigation. Was wondering if i could take my truck to ford have them swap out the Center where the stereo is for the Touch screen nav. I have the Sony stereo upgrade. Lux package, comfort package, power everything, dual air up front. Leather ect.....you get the point. My wife brought up the idea and though i'd run it by you all

Where did you get that info?!?
Trust me when I say this, I had a 2010 with the same problem.
It is not worth the headache. Period.
The Nav is VIN specific and it takes a tremendous amount of work and hardwiring to even make it possible. And I'm still skeptical that it can even be done.
What the dealership will do is take your hand, walk you over to the new trucks, tell you they'll give you premium trade in value for your truck, and show you a 2014 with Nav.

Same issue here, and the sync navigation is terrible. I am just fine with my old Garmin or my wifes TomTom.

You're better off putting in a nice aftermarket nav system.

In a word: no. Beyond that you can get into all sorts of discussions about swapping this and that out, but to date I've never seen anyone do it successfully. And that's to say nothing about the price assuming it was possible.
