2010 F-150 King Ranch Clearance Lights
Hey y'all, I just bought a new truck because I am turning 16 soon. I am wanting to put a leveling kit, clearance lights, exhaust, and some other small stuff. As y'all know stuff costs money and the level and exhaust I can do for under $500 max. But the clearance lights I haven't made an effort to look around town to see who can do them. But possibly I may do them myself. I was curious to know if any of y'all have put clearance lights on a 2010 F-150. I want them to look like on a super duty and to not be led hid etc. how do you do it and route it to fuse box, keep leaks out? Etc. thanks for taking time to help me out!

There are many videos on youtube showing how to with great explanations on this recon sells all the different kits, me personally if I were to do it would use the Chevy/GMC roof lights as theres only three compared to five with the ford setup! Much cleaner looking and less work as well! Ive saw a lariat 2012 around town with the chevy lights looked Awesome is why I say go that way but its your choice! Some one put the 5 Ford clearance lights on a 2012 FX4 and it looked pretty Meh, too much goin on up there with 5 lights! Good luck and post pics!

Here you go ArkansasKR, you'll also just tie them into your parking lights, or run a switch to turn them on only when you want them on!. http://www.gorecon.com/products.php?...ab-Roof-Lights

What part of Arkansas are you from? I'm in Arkansas too. If you're close I could help. I've put several sets of cab lights on over the years. Not my favorite thing in the world to do, but can do it nonetheless.

Welcome to the KR club. Nice truck color. Please add to your list, chrome running boards and get rid of those fugly *** plastic tan boards, they dont do the truck justice. I would lean toward the GM lights, 3 would make it stand out from the crowd. The SD roof line is alittle wider and it might be tight on the F150. 3 would be easier to space evenly and not be so busy on the roof line. Good luck with your projects! Post some pics when your done.
