I guess there will always be some that have the need to run down others in order to make themselves important.

My interaction with Ford Service was extremely well done and timely. Thanks Ford Service.

And then there are those of us who have dropped tens of thousands of dollars on new Ford vehicles that were basically lemons, and don't like being castigated by "brittany" or "crystal" or "michael". These same phantom accounts exist on other forums and their signatures and writing styles are very similar.

I wouldnt expect 1 PR person at Ford to monitor this forum 24/7, so yes, Brittany is probably 2-3 dudes and a handful of dudettes working from the same account.

Hi BStrummin and ecopat,

Our team works across multiple platforms and multiple forums, as noted in our signature. Our aim is always to assist you in the best way we can, and we often work as a team.

I was out last week for a few days due to illness, and I'm back, rare and ready to go.

Let me know if you have any questions.

Todd

yep, that's what I meant in a less "PR" way it's just not realistic to expect 1 Ford person to look after all the internet hopefully I'll never need you guys!

I did get helped by them. They put in a case number and a case worked contacted me and arranged for everything to get done to my truck. I this case get it fixed and get me a loaner while they did so.

So if your wondering, yes it may take a bit, but they do get you in contact with the right person to get your issue resolved if possible.
