Default BOSS Blown Coil Over

Just got back from a 2000 mile trip and I found this little Gem. The coilovers were install in December. Anyone have one of these break before or tried to warranty these?

A part is loose in the coil

Shock is aligned pressed to the side of the coil.

Yeah, I'd say you lost a bushing.

I just found a similar part that came out of mine on the passenger side. The plastic cushion ring between the coil spring and bottom adjusting ring has come out. I also need to contact Alex about it as well.

Yeah, no idea where the rest of the parts are. I jacked it up and it just popped at the top.

Have you called Alex?

Seems a bit unjust and unfair to blast this on the forum if you've not yet reached out to @F150lifts.com

Looking back at the pics, you can tell that the shaft broke as it's offcenter in the coil in your first pics. **** happens. Alex will likely treat you well. Call him.

well looks like the top hat is just floating in limbo.

Did you try calling the vendor? That should have been the first thing you did.
