bradyb093 yeah my '11 camaro had a crappy Bluetooth setup also. Must be a GM thing.

Have an appointment set for next Saturday maybe get it resolved then. Really just wanting to get a feel if it's an issue or not.

Same here…… I have a Samsung SGH-A847 and it's crystal clear. My GF has a Iphone 5s and it sound horrible. Can hardly understand her if she calls from my truck. I guess some phones are better then others with this setup.

I have an HTC one and MFT. I had to learn not to yell into the microphone, due to the aftermarket system in the last truck.
Honestly my girl and others say I sound no different than if I were on the phone itself.
Have you double checked the Bluetooth volume on the phone and the truck. Maybe delete the phone and reconnect, but I'm sure you've tried already.

This. Try turning down the volume a few ticks on your phone. May be the culprit

I have an I phone 4 and the sound quality is fantastic. Everyone who calls me states that it is crystal clear.

I have basic sync in my 12 lariat and people are amazed when I tell them I'm on speaker phone in my truck, crystal clear audio both ways. I have an HTC Droid DNA and a Motorola Droid Maxx, both have perfect bluetooth audio. I've heard of iPhone bluetooth issues frequently though, just one of the many reasons I'll never own one of those over hyped POS phones :-)

No issues here with my iPhone 4S. I only use the best after a POS Android phone was one of the worst phones I've owned. And it was one of "the best" Android phones of the time (Droid X).

I have found it doesn't work as well for the passenger like it does in the Taurus.

I'd say it's Dealer Time.
