To all,
Finally cleaned here are my two Blue Flame beauty`s…………2012 Fusion SEL and 2014 F-150 STX. I really like the Blue Flame color option and when I saw it on the dealer lot, this Fusion, along with the included options, the decision was easy. It translated in to my purchase of the 2014 F-150. The Blue Flame color is best for me.

Shined it up last weekend with some Collinite 845. Since then I installed Rugged Rear Wheel well liners and this weekend will get the PTM 2013 FX4 grille!

Great idea on grille I switched to ptm with the 6 bar chrome.
Looks like I need to be trying that collinite stuff. Need to research it more.

Collinite is the way to go. I bought a DA Polisher and some gray pads from Harbor Freight and applied it thin thin thin. Looks great and was incredibly easy to put on and take off. Highly recommended.

Better late than never...
Just read all 100 pgs and proud new member of the blue flame club. Beautiful trucks folks. Was a ranger guy for almost 30 years but needed a new work truck so f150 was the logical choice plus I get better mpg than my old 4.0 with all the load carrying advantages of the bigger truck, parking notwithstanding.
So I went looking for 2015 f150 not realizing they are not in, what I found shocked the heck outta me. STX 201a super cab equipped f150s for under 25k! I just wanted a strip model pickup and had no idea I they had slashed prices so much via incentives. So peanuts compared to what most of you on this thread have posted but still more truck than I've ever wanted or purchased before. Basically I was raised oldschool with the idea that trucks are for work. I've always opted for manual tranny and windows, but that wasn't even an option on base truck so I figured I might as well get more value for my money.
The blue flame wasn't a sale item but after I first saw it, I couldn't stop obsessing over it. Most beautiful color I've seen yet on a pickup. After walking off the lot twice in first two days they finally conceded and gave me same deal from exact white and black STX trucks they had for $24,895. Some nonsense about blue flame being a premium color. The whole family was smitten with the blue flame color right off. Both my wife and teenage son were mad I didn't buy it for sticker price on Friday or the reduced price on Saturday. But they were very happy for me when I got the promotion price deal done on Sunday.
I don't have photos yet and the truck is being tinted and lined. The only other changes I'm planning on making are upgrading the grille to a chrome one as I feel the all blue and black front will really make it standout. Then I'm putting some work truck tires on it, but that's about it, the truck is gorgeous as is. So no real 'modding' save for the OEM grille, the tint is a must here in SoCal and the liner keeps loads from rattling and banging around in the back. The tires are also a necessity as the truck came with p rated tires, great for an SUV but not for a work truck..
I've already gotten more compliments on the color in 7 days than I'd received in almost 30 years of owning rangers, one of those was silver metallic then another green metallic, the last 4 I drove off a dealer lot were all plain white trucks but I loved them all as each and every one of them served me super well, just tough little machines. I don't doubt this truck will do the same.
I'll post a couple pics once we get it back.

One small issue I have with my truck is the carpet, I'm used to the base model rubber floors and the carpet I need to either cover up myself with some rubber material or buy something prefabricated. Any advice from the f150 crowd would be greatly appreciated, TIA folks. I might even consider having dealer swap out carpet for rubber if that's possible.
