Default Blend Door Actuator, still broken after replacement

So before I replaced my passenger blend door actuator on my 2010 Platinum F150 the passenger side was stuck on cold. I replaced the actuator with a new one according to this video:

After replacing the actuator the passenger side is now stuck on hot! Any suggestions? Could something else be wrong?

With a scanner? We do em all the time, after your set the KAM and calibrate the system they always work for us. Did you check to see if you have proper voltage coming from the head unit? Should vary from 1v up to like 11v with change in temperature.

I don't have a scanner. I did the reset by pulling the fuse and letting it cycle. I haven't checked the voltage. I may pull it back apart again today, but after pulling it apart twice yesterday my arms need a break. I have a suspicion it's the control module, which I assume would result in improper voltage coming from the head unit. I may end up just taking it to the dealer to get them to check it out.

Well if you have a multimeter just backprobe the wires and change settings and see if it changes. If it does, you have a actuator issue, if it doesn't you have a head issue.

You can make it go into calibration mode by disconnecting the battery for at least 15 mins, that will clear the KAM and allow the system to reset.
