Default Blend door actuator popping noise, any fix?

I have a 2011 F150 with manual temperature control and have recently noticed the temperatue blend door for the HVAC system is making a popping noise when I start the truck. The actuator is trying to open the valve further than it can travel and is getting in a bind. Does anyone know of a recalibration procedure for this actuator? I remember on 2000+ Chevrolet trucks, that a combination of button depressions, along with adjustment of the temp. slide control would initiate a calibration of the actuator stops (limits), and remedy this issue. Thanks in advance!

Mine [2011] was replaced under warranty about 2 hours in and out. the dealer told me it was a common problem and stocked the parts. I was told the part [blend door motor] runs about $30 and labor is about 2 hours.
I don't know what your warranty status is but if its not covered due to time or miles you might contact ford and see if the will work with you as a curtisey replacement.
Iff you plan to do it yourself the radio must come out to access the motor

I have developed the same problem, 2011 Lariat with auto temp controls, a dealer that I went to said that there was three blend doors and the repair would depend on which one it was.

Question. Is there one or more blend doors?

if you have the shift on the middle counsel I hope you are under warranty. they have to take the dash off and part of the counsel according to the dealer. part and 6-8 hours labor. my dealer quoted between 8-1000 on my truck and my dads truck. I talked them into warranty on mine my dad was not so lucky. his happened with just under 37k miles.

The mechanic that did mine said the actuator doesn't take long at all to replace.
