Blackberry tour/bluetooth and sync
Any help would be appreciated.Has anyone tried to pair a blackberry tour with sync in a 2010 f150.My last phone worked no problem but i switched to a blackberry and here is my problem.I send and receive calls no problem but the person on the other end all say they can barely hear me.I hear them fine and have tried darn near everything. It seems like the little speaker on the lower dash is not picking up my voice the way it should. Can you help????Thanks

The mic shouldn't matter on the phone once you're paired with an active Bluetooth connection. At that point, the mic in the truck takes over.
I would start with the basics and make sure that your Sync has the latest firmware update and that your phone has the latest Operating System version installed.
I don't have your problem, but whenever someone calls me and I answer, they say that they hear a high-pitched, partial echo of the ringtone for a split second right before I say hello.
I've tried just about everything (updated phone OS, updated SYNC firmware, messed with echo adjustment on phone, put phone on vibrate, etc, etc...)
Good luck finding a solution.

On your BB go to Settings, then Options, then Bluetooth then options and you will see a few settings like for headset and handsfree etc. Make sure that at least the headset and handsfree boxes are checked.

Apparently its a bug with the BB tour, lots of complaints.
This however seemed to work for me, at least its better than it was...
Press green phone button to the dialer, press the BB button and scroll down to options, select enhanced audio and make sure Automatic Volume Control is enabled.

My Blackberry 8350 Curve does everything great except I sound like I'm very far away and I have to talk loud to be heard. It never loses connectivity and does everything else perfect but this almost makes it impossible to use the hands free for talking.
