Ah, the "Rear Lifted Height: 0-1" on AJUSA made me think they were adjustable as well. So adding the 5100s in the rear will add an inch? If these run as smooth as everyone says they do, I think I can sacrifice a little rake for riding on a cloud. Thanks everyone, I placed an order. I will post pics when they arrive... in June. If I get bored before then I'll upload a couple stock pics.

The rear 5100 shocks will not lift the rear of the truck at all. They are a little longer than stock length and CAN accommodate 1" of lift....but they won't give you the lift.
The instructions with the fronts will give you estimated height gain for each setting. Measure your stock ride height front and rear. Set the front Bilstein at the closest setting without going over. (If you have 2" difference front to rear, don't choose the 2.25" setting or you will need a different rear block to bring the back end up)
I have a 2wd and I went with the middle setting, which Bilstein listed as 1.3"...I got exactly 1.5" - which is exactly what I wanted.

Sorry it took so long, but I finally had time to take some pictures. Stance looks great and no change in the ride quality- still floats down gravel roads and over train tracks. Although even with the the front shock at the highest setting, it actually still sits about 1/4" high in the rear. Measured with a tape and level spot in the driveway. Overall, very happy with the outcome.

I set mine at 2" of lift. Did 5100's on 4 corners.

I've got the 5100's on my front end at the highest level, running 275-70-18 BFG AT's and like the ride.
Has anyone replaced the stock 1.25" rear blocks with 2" or 3" blocks and if so did it look better? I feel mine is slightly up by the nose.
I can't measure it now because I work offshore but if I could get an answer I would order them so they are waiting for me when I get home!

Yes, you can replace the rear block with something taller.
Call Alex F150Lifts.com as he has many different height options available and can get you set up right.
