I've been wanting this done for quite a while now. I just want the FORD letters that I can bolt onto my billet grill individually. I dont even want them to be as huge as the Raptor grill. Just something on there besides the blue oval. I really thought I could find some billet letters online somewhere to do this but I have had no luck. I hit up Billet specialties when they were a vendor on raptorforumz. They said they could do it..I asked for pricing etc and never got a reply back...So I decided against doing business with them.

maybe...try contacting billet badges to see if they will do it?

If I had a carriage works billet grill, or something sim. I could draw this up and have my waterjet guys cut it. I have a cnc machine shop and could finish it off in house. anyone in houston have a grill they can spare for a few days for dimensioning?

Hold up! this guy is already making them. Its easy to scale it up or down to fit our trucks. Id suggest just having him make them

Someone lend that guy a grill so he can hook us up. I emailed a few places online but they won't do it because of copyright. Let's get this guy a grill so he can get em made up. I PM'd the 97-03 guy and he basically said sane thing. He doesn't have a truck for measurements

I dont know exactly what these other guys are wanting but all I want are the individual FORD letters (and there are no copyright issues since the letters will be seperate), each with one or two studs on it so I can install them and space them how I want. I could get a measurement between bars for you in order to get the spacing correct for two studs to work correctly. Ideally each letter would be about 4 inches tall.

Something similar to these:

except I don't want the shiny look. The raw CNC or brushed look would be badass.

Can you do this? I think these would be real popular as they could be universal to a lot of different Billet grilles.

I'm wanting the same thing. The link I posted to the other guy doing them for 97-03 it is one piece though. The studs on back would be good too.

I think the Raptor style lettering is too big for our non Raptor Trucks. I think some real clean moderate size Billet letters would look great.
